WHAT IS THE REAL COST FOR MODULAR HOMES ?

In order to build the house of your dreams you are going to need to know how much you are spending : Dealers will quote : Base Price : This is the price of the home that you liked with Standard Specifications. Then there is Custom Price : This is the price after the upgrades that you choose . Then there is Delivered Price: You need to add the delivery charges , Finished Price : This would include the price of preparing the land, foundation, and putting the home together on the foundation. Final Price: This price would include the sales tax, and the escrow fees, etc.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF MANUFACTURED HOMES VS TRADITIONAL STICK BUILT?
